CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that life happens. Out of respect for our staff as well as others in need of self-care, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Since we are a small business and have a limited number of appointments available, an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, including no-shows, will be subject to a fee of 50% for each service or $50 for a consultation missed.

You may cancel your session online through your confirmation email or by calling 860.255.7771. Please note that once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – we’ll expect you to be there. In the rare event that our equipment needs to be serviced, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
