INNOVATIVE FLOAT THERAPY
Float therapy is a private, saltwater bath that gently floats away tension and stress, soothes achy muscles, and neutralizes the ill effects of our overstimulated environments. Throughout a 60-90 minute float session, your spine will lengthen and your body will be free to focus on healing and resting. While your physical body is resting, your body also lowers its levels of cortisol (which is the main chemical component of stress) and your brain releases elevated levels of endorphins. Floating provides a perfect opportunity for your body and mind to rest and heal.
WHOLE BODY & LOCALIZED CRYOTHERAPY
Cryotherapy is defined as “cold” therapy. At Imagine Float we offer two different types of “cold” therapy; Localized Cryotherapy and Whole Body Cryotherapy. Localized cryotherapy may reduce inflammation and swelling in a targeted area. Whereas, whole body cryotherapy may reduce systemic inflammation throughout your entire body.
