Immerse yourself by lying in a spacious float cabin filled with skin-temperature water and 1,100 pounds of magnesium-dense Epsom Salt allowing blood to flow freely throughout your body. While floating effortlessly on the surface, your muscles, joints, and bones are given a well-deserved break. Throughout a 60-90 minute float session, your spine will lengthen and your body will be free to focus on healing and resting. While your physical body is resting, your brain stops producing its normal Alpha waves and starts producing Theta waves. Theta waves give way to a deep sense of consciousness and relaxation.
