HOW WE'RE KEEPING YOU SAFE

We are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all customers and employees.
Reopening Imagine Float
Due to the nature of the services we offer, there is very little, if any, close contact. Regardless, all employees and customers will wear face coverings. You will need to bring your own face covering when entering Imagine Float. When you are alone in a service room, you may remove your face covering for the duration of the service.
Customer Safety
While our cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting protocols have always been at a high standard, we’re increasing cleaning protocols throughout the entire center — paying extra attention to high- traffic touchpoints like door handles and light switches. We’re making hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes more easily accessible for you and our employees. You’ll also notice healthy habits reminders posted throughout the center.

Imagine Float has always strived to be your sanctuary for self-care, bringing you closer to your best physical, mental and emotional self. Now, more than ever, we recognize how important it is to take care of our whole self. Our goal is still to make you feel good , physically and emotionally— but now with the twist of doing so safely and at a safe distance.
Entering Imagine Float
We’re temporarily limiting the number of customers inside our center at one time, we may have revised hours and days that we are open. Our reception area has been transformed to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
– Chairs are spaced 6 feet apart.
– Floor markings are 6 feet apart.

Employee Safety
In addition to training our employees about environmental cleaning and sanitation, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette, we’re conducting employee health screening, including temperature checks before every shift. We’re also asking employees to stay home if they don’t feel well,
if there’s a chance they’ve been exposed to COVID-19, we’re directing them to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Check In and Check Out
In addition to adding a plexiglass safety partitions at our reception desk, we’re sanitizing the area after every customer interaction and the area will be marked to help you keep socially distanced from fellow customers.
Events
We love hosting special events for our customers in our center and attending events in the community to showcase our products and services. During the pandemic, we’ve been finding ways to engage with you virtually through Instagram and other social media. We hope to host events in our center and attend events and expos in the future when we feel it is safe for us, our employees and our customers.
